Administrative/Logistics Assistant (Tweed Heads West)

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a casual administrative/logistics assistant. This role could be partly remote with a need to be physically on location in the office based in Tweed Heads South. You will be working with the Executive Assistant to a high energy International Business Consultant who works with large Corporate and Government, and NFP clients. The attributes of the successful applicant will include:
- Managing emails and correspondence
- Handling phone calls
- Maintaining/updating physical filing systems
- Managing the calendar (some)
- Making travel arrangements (Some)
- Providing administrative support to consultant and EA The successful applicant will have/be:
- Someone who performs best under high pressure and fast-moving situations
- Someone who is methodical with setting priorities and completion, well organised, highly detail oriented
- An astute listener with very good recall
- Excellent communication and relationship skills
- Pleasant, composed and considered under pressure
- Will naturally work quick,yet never rush,whilst always putting quality, rapport and accuracy at the fore front
- Able to work easily and professionally with clients from all levels, styles and cultures
- Some experience in the eLearning environment, an advantage
- Located in Tweed Heads South or closed to Work Schedule: (8-12 hours per week)
