Job Description
- Provide outstanding care and support to all patients
- Assist the orthodontist during clinical and orthodontic procedures
- Reassure patients and offer transparent guidance throughout their treatment
- Adhere to sterilisation and infection control protocols
- Maintain accurate digital records and patient documentation
- Perform basic lab work and assist with model preparation as required
- Ensure all clinical areas, instruments, and equipment are clean, organised, and well‑maintained Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Dental Assistant preferred
- Certificate III in Dental Assisting is advantageous
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast‑paced environment
