As a Duty Manager at Carma Carhire, you will play a vital role in coordinating and planning the day to day activities. Your attention to detail and passion for delivering exceptional service will contribute to providing our customers with a positive and memorable rental experience.

in this role you will:

- Create a positive customer experience by greeting and engaging valued customers
- Complete rental and return transactions efficiently and accurately
- Ensure overall customer satisfaction by resolving issues
- Ensure all features of the vehicles are operational when returned by renting customer.
- Ferry vehicles as needed
- Plan day to day activities
- Schedule tasks for detailers
