Targeted Care Package Key Worker (Tullamarine)

Targeted Care Packages (TCPs) provide creative and individualised placement and support options for children and young people with complex needs and behaviours. In this role, you will provide intensive case management and placement support functions in line with the case plan for children and young people. You will assist children and young people to achieve positive outcomes by maintaining a creative, flexible, optimistic, and solution-focused approach to your work. To be considered you must possess the following:
- Certificate IV in Child, Youth, and Family Intervention including the completion of the residential care mandatory 4 top up units or willingness to obtain within the first 6 months of employment
- Demonstrated experience working with Child Protection
- Experience working with CRIS or CRISP
- Relevant case management experience.
- Client service focused: committed to providing exceptional customer service across all channels written, phone and face to face
- Current Drivers Licence
- Own reliable vehicle with Comprehensive Car Insurance
- Satisfactory National Policy Check & International Police Check if required
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working With Children Check
