CNC Operators (Tullamarine)

Chandler Personnel is looking for **CNC Operators** to work with our client, a global company and one of Australia’s most innovative and respected specialists in integrated and advanced workplaces of manufacturing furniture.

- 2:45pm
- $34 an hour
- Location: Tullamarine
- Ongoing work

**Job tasks**:

- Operate the CNC router, performing milling, cutting, drilling, and edging on various workpieces
- Maintain the CNC machinery to a high standard, including regular housekeeping and inspections
- Preparation/fitting of hardware
- Playing a key figure in supporting fellow team members
- Assist in the construction of prototypes
- Adhering to and maintaining our high-quality standards
- Working safely and adhering to all safety policies and standards

**To be successful you will have**:

- More than 1 year of experience as a CNC operator
- A positive attitude and patience
- A positive level of initiative and the ability to problem-solve
- The ability to accept feedback and improve
- Ability to learn practical methods and the use of machinery, technology, and power tools
- A basic understanding of technology, hardware, and functionality
- Excellent time management skills and efficiency
- The ability to work alongside others, receive and comprehend instruction, and also communicate instruction
