About the role

As our Club Manager you will be a crucial member of the team and will be accountable for ensuring the effective overall management of the club. This will need to be done in such a way as to achieve all agreed targets and effectively lead the team by embracing a balanced approach to managing the business and cultivating an workplace in which our BELONG values can thrive.

About you

Do you have the following experience and qualities?

First-rate people skills and a self-motivated work ethic

Passion for the industry and changing people’s lives

A minimum of 3 years management experience

Strong sales and marketing experience

Demonstrated experience leading, coaching and developing high-performance teams

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Passion for delivering excellence in customer service
