Cnc Lathe Programmer/operator Tullamarine

We are an Australian owned and operated company who manufacture a diverse range of medium to heavy industrial parts for different industries around the country.

We are looking for an CNC Lathe Tradesman to join our team at our growing Engineering workshop.

Key Tasks:

Read and interpret engineering drawings with a minimum of 5 years experience.

CNC programming preferred

CNC Lathe setting & operating.

Some manual Lathe work.

Ensure continuing high quality of products by close attention to accuracy and detail.

Attention to detail, self-starter and pride in their work

Ability to calculate dimensions and tolerances

Sound understanding of engineering principles and mechanical components

Be reliable and punctual.

Ability to troubleshoot and improvise issues when/if they occur.

A solid work ethic and commitment to work within a small team

Have an eye for detail and skilled attitude/work ethic.

Pay: $36.00
- $38.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 38 per week

Schedule:

8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

Overtime pay
