- Friday with possible occasional Saturday's when required (flexible roster) **Pay**: $28-$35 per hour (based on experience and skills)

Mickleham Dental is seeking a casual/part-time dental all-rounder to help us deliver exceptional care and patient experience in our fast-paced but welcoming dental clinic.

**About Us**

Mickleham Dental is a growing, patient-centered practice located in Tullamarine. We offer a full range of dental services (implants, same day CEREC crowns, etc) using modern equipment and Exact dental software, in a clean, well-organised clinic. We're a tight-knit team that supports each other and our patients every step of the way.

**Your Role Will Include**: **Main Duties
- Chairside Support**:

- Assisting dentists and hygienists during a wide range of procedures
- from routine oral hygiene to complex dental implants
- with confidence and efficiency
- Preparing treatment rooms and setting up for each procedure
- Maintaining strict infection control and sterilisation protocols
- Cleaning and sterilising instruments
- Anticipating clinician needs and keeping procedures running smoothly
- Supporting patients throughout their treatment to keep them comfortable and informed
- Turning over rooms quickly while maintaining high standards

**Additional Responsibilities when required (Reception)**
- Greeting and assisting patients with warmth and professionalism
- Booking and confirming appointments
- Answering phones and managing patient enquiries
- Processing payments via HICAPS and EFTPOS

**What We’re Looking For**:

- 1-2 years of dental assisting/and or receprtion experience _preferred_
- Experience with Exact dental software _highly regarded_
- Cert III in Dental Assisting _(Essential)_
- Great multitasking and time-management skills
- A calm, friendly, professional manner
- even under pressure
- Strong attention to detail and a can-do attitude
- A genuine passion for patient care and teamwork
