About the role

A1 Airport Parking is seeking passionate and customer-focused Customer Service Officers / Shuttle Bus Drivers / Parking Attendants to join our team. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our valued clients and ensuring their airport parking and shuttle bus experience is seamless and enjoyable. There are multiple full-time and part-time positions available, based in Tullamarine, VIC 3043. What you'll be doing
- Greeting and assisting customers with their airport parking and shuttle bus needs
- Operating our airport shuttle buses in a safe and professional manner
- Handling customer inquiries, reservations and payments with efficiency and care
- Answering phone calls, processing emails, assisting customers, handling complaints
- Maintaining a clean and well-presented shuttle bus and parking facilities What we're looking for
- Previous experience in a customer service or shuttle bus driving role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
- A valid driver's licence and a good driving records
- A flexible and adaptable approach to work, with the ability to thrive in a quick-paced environment
