**About Us** Onroad Driving Education is one of Australia’s leading and most trusted driving schools, delivering high-quality lessons across Sydney. We’re currently expanding and looking for passionate, patient, and professional Driving Instructors to join our team.

**About the Role** This flexible contractor role is ideal for someone who enjoys teaching, wants independence, and values making a positive impact on learner drivers. You will provide protected, structured driving lessons while enjoying full support from our office team and steady student bookings.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Deliver high-quality driving lessons to learners of all skill levels
- Teach NSW road rules, safe driving habits, and test preparation
- Maintain professionalism and excellent customer service at all times
- Keep accurate lesson notes and student records
- Manage your own schedule with support from our admin team

**What You Need** **Essential**:

- Current **NSW Driving Instructor License**:

- Reliable and well-maintained vehicle (dual controls preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid Australian driver’s license
- Ability to manage your schedule and work independently

**Desirable (Not Mandatory)**:

- Experience teaching or coaching learners
- Experience supporting NDIS participants
- Multilingual skills (highly valued) especially **Dari, Farsi and Arabic**:

- Certificate IV in Transport & Logistics (TLI41225) or similar
