Coles Merchandiser Support Tweed Heads

About The Role

Join our Coles Relay Team (CRT) on an ongoing, casual basis. You will be responsible for completing various merchandising tasks such as relays/planograms, point of sale set-up, pricing and ticketing.

We are looking for a support merchandiser in TWEED HEADS and surrounds (suburbs may include but are not limited to Banora Point,Tweed Heads, Murwillumbah and Casuarina).

Up to 20 hours per week (average 10 hours per week). Hours vary depending on business needs and are not limited to one store. Flexibility is required across Monday to Friday with Tuesday and Wednesday being essential days.

Must be able to start between 7-9am

Key Responsibilities

Developing strong relationships with Grocery personnel

Creating and maintaining quality relays/planograms in stores

Pricing and ticketing compliance

Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team

Submit accurate reporting and upload quality photos via smartphone

Safely performing the physical requirements, including prolonged standing, walking, bending, lifting, and repetitive movements.

Successful Candidate Will Have

Planogram experience in a grocery/retail environment (not essential)

Robust communication, organisational skills, and attention to detail

Experience working within the Coles Group is highly regarded

Ability to perform the physical & repetitive requirements of the role
