Best & Less is offering an exciting career opportunity for a Full-Time Team Member to join our passionate and supportive team at our Tweed Heads store. This role offers 38 hours per week!

As a valued member of the Tweed Heads ‘Bestie’ team, you’ll be supported by a group that is genuinely invested in your success. With a down-to-earth approach, a shared passion for our product, and a robust team spirit, we create a workplace where you can thrive and enjoy coming to work.

Your day will consist of:

Receiving stock

Picking & packing individual customer orders

Administration

Creating a passionate & unique shopping experience for our customers

Bringing the 'Bestie' culture to life through an environment of fun & teamwork

Ensuring the store is tidy and well presented

About you:

Passionate about the customer experience

Have a positive attitude

A willingness to learn and develop

Solid work ethic

Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
