About the opportunity If you are passionate about working in a customer centric team, delivering positive face-to-face customer service experiences this could be the role for you. The successful candidate will undertake the below:
- Staying updated on the latest product features, benefits, and updates across various models or series, enabling confident and informed communication with customers
- Establishing and maintaining a structured follow-up system to nurture leads, encourage repeat business, and drive customer retention
- Maximizing every sales opportunity by understanding customer needs, presenting suitable solutions, and contributing to the achievement of sales volume and profitability goals
- Responding to customer enquiries promptly and professionally and actively prospecting for new clients to expand the customer base

- Prior experience in automotive sales is highly desirable, with a proven track record of hitting targets and delivering results

- Open, confident communication skills
- Availability to work Saturdays
