Our Mazda franchises are currently recruiting for the position of Trainee Sales Consultant at our Tweed Heads and Gold Coast Dealerships.

About the prospect:

If you are passionate about working in a customer centric team, delivering positive face to face customer service experiences this could be the role for you.You will be trained in the below:

Obtaining a strong understanding of products and its competitors

Understanding customer needs and providing options and solutions

Customer follow up and database maintenance

Maximising every sales chance and helping achieve our volume and profit objectives

Assist customers with test drives

Welcoming customers and providing an exceptional experience

About you:

To thrive in this role, you’ll bring a customer-first mindset, strong communication skills, and the confidence to learn quickly in a quick-paced environment. You will demonstrate:

A passion for delivering exceptional customer service

A positive can-do attitude

Experience in a customer service role or similar preferred

Ability to learn and navigate new systems

Open, confident communication skills

Availability to work Saturdays

Hold a current driver license
