Full-time Retail Store Supervisor (Coolangatta)

**Locations**: Coolangatta and Broadbeach, Gold Coast, Australia

**About Us**: We are a family-owned business operating two gelato shops on the beautiful Gold Coast. With a passion for authentic Italian gelato, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional customer experiences. As we continue to grow, we're seeking a dedicated Retail Store Supervisor to oversee operations at our Coolangatta and Broadbeach locations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with owners in supervising daily operations across both stores to ensure smooth and effective functioning.
- Transport gelato liquid base from the Coolangatta shop to the Broadbeach one, car provided
- Lead, train, and motivate staff to maintain high standards of customer service and product quality.
- Manage inventory levels, place orders, and ensure proper stock rotation.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and resolve any issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Assist in scheduling staff shifts and managing payroll.
- Collaborate with management to implement promotional activities and achieve sales targets.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in retail or hospitality supervision is essential.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts.
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Knowledge of gelato or dessert preparation is a plus but not mandatory.
