Due to continued growth, our client is seeking a motivated Mortgage Broker Support / Loan Processor to join their Gold Coast team.

This opportunity would suit someone currently working in banking, lending support, real estate administration, conveyancing, or mortgage broking who is looking to further develop their career in mortgage lending and financial services.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and review loan documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness

Manage loan conditions, documentation, and lender requirements

Maintain accurate client records and compliance documentation

Assist advisers with lending strategy implementation

Deliver exceptional service and communication throughout the lending process

About You

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:

Solid organisation and attention to detail

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Strong problem-solving skills

A proactive and positive attitude

The ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment

Nice to Have

Experience in mortgage processing or broker support

Experience using HubSpot CRM

Experience in banking, lending, or financial services

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
