Luna’s Deli is a growing artisan café & deli where everything is made from scratch — from pastries and bread to sandwiches and gelato.

Led by internationally trained chefs with experience in France, Europe, and Australia, we focus on quality, craftsmanship, and sharing knowledge with the next generation.

**About the Role**

We are looking for a **motivated Apprentice Baker / Pastry Chef** who is passionate about food and eager to learn.

This is a hands-on role where you will be trained across:

- Pastry production
- Baking (bread, laminated doughs, brioche)
- Kitchen preparation
- Service understanding and product knowledge

**What We’re Looking For**
- Strong motivation and willingness to learn
- Passion for baking, pastry, or cooking
- Positive attitude and reliability
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to long-term growth
- Early morning availability (earlier Will be 5 am)

No experience required — the right mindset is key.
