- Coolangatta. For the right candidate, the position will be on a full time basis. You will be required to do the following:
- Preparations of meals
- Check quality and quantity of food, seasons, portions, garnishes, add gravies and sauces as required
- Regulate temperature of ovens, grills and other cooking equipment
- Ensuring that food is kept and serviced at correct temperatures
- Use and maintain kitchen equipment including stoves, grills, ovens etc
- Other necessary duties as a Cook To be considered for the role:
- Minimum 3 years' experience
