**About the role**

Tweed Community & Allied Health have an exciting career opportunity for a Dietitian to join their Transitional Aged Care Program team. This role provides comprehensive and appropriate Nutrition and Dietetic assessment and intervention as an integral part of the multidisciplinary health care team for patients/clients of the Northern NSW Local Health District (NNSWLHD).
