We are now looking for a high performing new vehicle **Sales Consultant** to join the dealership at **Tweed Heads**.

**What we are looking for**:

- Previous experience in automotive sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Outstanding negotiation skills
- Ability to set personal goals and targets
- Be able to work under pressure and to a deadline
- A passion for good customer service
- Be willing to work hard and have fun

**What the role entails**:

- Handling enquiries and prospecting for new customers
- Ensuring a follow-up system is in place that encourages repeat business and generates leads
- Maximising every sales opportunity and helping achieve our volume and profit objectives
- Maintaining a thorough knowledge of all current product benefits and features including: models; series
