We run organised, well-planned jobs where electricians are supported by an inhouse technical operations team and given time to do the work right. This is not a rushed, high-volume install environment. More importantly, we are growing fast, so we’re building out the next layer of leadership inside the business. The opportunity: more than just installs. We’re looking for an experienced Solar & Battery Electrician who wants to step into a hybrid leadership / foreman pathway role while still remaining hands-on in the field. A typical day will involve a mix of installation work and technical leadership, including:
- Helping the team prepare for the day’s jobs and ensuring smooth site readiness
- Acting as the go-to technical expert for installers throughout the day
- Taking calls from multiple job sites and providing real-time solutions and system guidance
- Supporting apprentices and leading installs on site
- Helping maintain high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency across all jobs This is a genuine career pathway role, designed to progress into a Static Solar Head Foreman position as the business continues to scale. The long-term vision. As we grow, this role will step into a key operational leadership position responsible for:
- Coordinating and supporting up to 4 installation teams
- Driving quality control across all solar and battery installations
- Acting as a central technical and field operations lead

- Residential and commercial solar installations
- Battery system installations
- Leading installs on site
- Working with apprentices
- Delivering clean, compliant, high-quality workmanship
- Providing on-the-spot technical support and problem solving What we offer
- Up to $65/hr (based on experience) + bonuses

- Paid travel outside our local area

- Licensed Electrician (essential)
- SAA Solar & Battery Accreditation (or willing to obtain these within 3 months of commencement)
- Strong solar installation experience (6–12+ months minimum) across residential and/or commercial projects
- Strong understanding and commitment to WHS and safe work practices
- Professional on-site presence with strong communication skills for both customers and team members
- Reliable, organised, and quality-focused with pride in workmanship and attention to detail
- Current Australian Driver’s Licence (essential)
