Hi, I’m Isabel, founder of Isabel Petroni VA. I provide online virtual admin and practice management support to allied health clinics across Australia.

I’m looking for a friendly and organised admin professional to support me with overflow tasks. This role is perfect for someone who understands allied health administration and enjoys keeping systems, schedules, and workflows running smoothly behind the scenes.

**The role**

You’ll be supporting me **3 days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday) for 3 hours per day**, with the potential to increase hours as client demand grows.

I’ll continue to manage all client-facing work — your focus will be **back-end system support**.

**Hours**
- Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday
- 3 hours per day (ideally 10am
- 1pm, but this is flexible)
- Casual role

**What you’ll be helping with**

General admin overflow, including (but not limited to):

- Adding new clients to the system
- Ensuring client intake forms are completed
- Processing payments
- Running invoice reports and following up on unpaid invoices

**What I’m looking for**
- Previous allied health admin experience (highly regarded)
- Experience with Halaxy or a similar practice management system (highly regarded)
- Strong attention to detail
- Confident working independently
- Reliable and organised
- Available **every Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday**

**Work arrangement**
- **Initial training will be in person from Ulladulla, NSW**:

- Once training is complete, the role will transition to work from home
- Must have access to your own laptop
