Computer Technician (Ulladulla)

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Installing, configuring, and maintaining IT hardware and software.
- Providing technical support for **Microsoft 365 services** (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive).
- Troubleshooting network issues and ensuring smooth connectivity.
- Managing user accounts, permissions, and security settings.
- Assisting with software updates, patch management, and system backups.
- Diagnosing and fixing hardware and software issues for end-users.
- Supporting cloud-based and on-premise IT environments.
- Documenting technical procedures and user guides.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Experience in IT support, system administration, or a similar role.
- Solid knowledge of **Microsoft 365 (Office Apps, Azure AD, Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive)**.
- Familiarity with networking (routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs).
- Experience with Windows operating systems, troubleshooting, and remote support tools.
- Basic understanding of cybersecurity best practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Good communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- Relevant IT certifications (CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco) are a plus.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $29.00
- $33.96 per hour

Expected hours: 14
- 38 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Weekend availability

Work Location: In person
