**Customer Onboarding & Support Specialist**

**Who We’re Looking For**: We are seeking a team member to assist with onboarding new customers, handling inquiries, and conducting initial software demos. As a small but passionate team, we value exceptional communication skills, fluency in English, and a cooperative mindset. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, growing environment and wants to be part of something meaningful—helping Australian businesses succeed.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Handle customer inquiries and schedule product demos via Zoom.
- Guide new users through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition.
- Provide ongoing support and assist clients with questions about the software.
- Gather feedback from users and share insights with the development team to improve the platform.
- Collaborate with the team to enhance the customer experience and refine our onboarding processes.

- $122,256.03 per year
