**About the Chance**

This is an exciting opportunity to work within Nunyara Aboriginal Health and Ngarylia Ngara Aboriginal Family Services. As the Aboriginal Health Project Officer, you will work collaboratively with senior leaders, Aboriginal community members, health staff, and service partners to deliver projects that improve access, outcomes, and equity in Aboriginal health.

In this role you will:

- ** Support and Coordinate**: Assist with planning, delivering, and evaluating health projects using culturally safe and community-focused approaches.
- ** Provide Administrative Support**: Manage diaries, meetings, correspondence, records, and reporting with accuracy and efficiency.
- ** Uphold Cultural Integrity**: Ensure all work reflects and respects Aboriginal cultures, values, and lived experiences.
- ** Engage and Collaborate**: Foster strong, respectful relationships with teams, communities, and partners to support shared outcomes.
- ** Adapt and Respond**: Prioritise effectively, solve problems proactively, and handle sensitive matters with care and cultural awareness.

**About You**
- You are an Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander person, recognised through heritage and community connection, meeting the genuine occupational qualification requirements.
- You have strong organisational skills, including diary and meeting management, documentation, and experience with Microsoft Office and TRIM.
- You can effectively support and deliver projects on time, using sound project management practices.
- You have experience in data collection and reporting, providing clear and accurate information for decision-making.
- You communicate respectfully and clearly, work well independently and in teams, and adapt flexibly while upholding cultural safety and equity.
