We are looking for a Senior Residential Cleaner & Trainer who not only delivers exceptional results, but helps raise the standard of everyone around them. About the Role As our Senior Cleaner & Trainer, you'll be the person recent team members learn from, look up to, and rely on to set the standard. You'll clean — and you'll coach. You'll work in residential homes across the Central Coast, Monday to Friday (8am–5pm), with the option to build toward a senior leadership role as we expand. What You'll Do
- Deliver meticulous, top-to-bottom cleaning to a premium, consistent standard
- Onboard and train new cleaners in cleaning methods, systems, and expectations
- Provide on-the-job coaching and real-time feedback to lift team performance
- Ensure consistency across every clean; nothing gets missed, nothing gets overlooked
- Use eco-conscious, non-toxic products safely and effectively What We are Looking For
- Residential cleaning experience
- Naturally high standards; you hold yourself and others to them
- Interest in mentoring others and helping them improve
- Reliable, organised, punctual, and calm under pressure
- Leads by example
- Valid driver's licence and reliable insured vehicle (essential)
