Systems Analyst (Central Coast)

About the Role We are seeking a Systems Analyst (Reporting Analytics Support) to join our People Technology team. This role plays a critical part in supporting our HCM ecosystem, delivering high-quality system reporting, maintaining data integrity, and ensuring our systems effectively support operational and strategic decision-making. You'll work closely with the Systems and Digital Developer to provide day-to-day analytical support, enhance reporting capability, and improve how our systems are used across the business. Key Responsibilities System Administration Reporting Provide day-to-day support across HCM systems Maintain and improve reports, dashboards, and scheduled outputs Perform data validation, reconciliation, and troubleshooting Support user access, system configuration, and data integrity processes Testing Change Support Coordinate system testing activities Prepare test plans and scripts, execute test cases, and track defects Assist with release activities and validation of system changes Process Improvement Documentation Identify opportunities to improve system efficiency, reporting accuracy, and automation Gather and document business requirements for system and reporting changes Maintain system documentation to support governance and audit requirements End User Support Training Provide support and guidance to end users across system functionality Deliver training sessions and develop user guides and knowledge materials Support system adoption and improve user capability across teams What You Bring Experience working with HCM, Time and Attendance or Payroll systems (e.g. Dayforce, Workday or Similar) Robust understanding of reporting, dashboards, and data validation Exposure to system testing, workflows, and configuration Understanding of HR, payroll, and workforce data concepts Ability to analyse and solve complex or ambiguous problems What do we offer?
