Painter & Decorator For this full-time position, you will:
- Perform high-quality painting, surface preparation, and finishing on various surfaces, ensuring attention to detail and a flawless finish.
- Apply protective coatings, sealants, and other products according to manufacturer specifications.
- Work efficiently as part of a team to meet project deadlines.
- Collaborate with the Project Management team to maintain clear communication on progress and challenges.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and ensure a clean and organised work environment. Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year post training experience in painting and decorating, with expertise in both interior and exterior projects.
- Qualifications in Painting and Decorating (Certificate III or equivalent preferred).
- Proven experience in commercial, residential, and/or industrial painting.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transport.
- Functional English Qualification may be substituted with relevant work experience as part of the Recognition of Prior Learning process. What We Offer:
