At Degree C, we’re growing our Solar & Battery team and looking for a motivated electrician who wants to learn, upskill, and build a future in renewable energy.

You’ll join a tight‑knit, specialist crew, backed by an experienced Solar Manager who’s there to support your development from day one.

Responsibilities

Install and commission solar PV and battery storage systems

Work on a variety of residential and commercial projects

Learn industry best practices in renewable energy systems

Deliver high-quality work that meets strong safety and quality standards

Build your capability in a quick‑growing, future‑focused industry

No two days are the same and you’ll be constantly learning on the job.

Required qualifications

Current Tasmanian Electrical Licence

Valid Driver’s Licence

Robust teamwork, time management, and customer service skills

SAA Accreditation is a bonus, but not essential. We’ll support the right candidate to gain it.
