Estimator Ulverstone

The Role:

As an Estimator at JDR Homes, you will play a key role in providing accurate and detailed cost estimates that support our clients, sales team and our onsite building team.

We Are Looking For: Strong attention to detail Problem solving skills Experience interpreting building plans and associated reports and documentation

Key Responsibilities: Preparing detailed take-offs and cost estimates from drawings and specifications Pricing materials, labour and subcontractor packages Working closely with internal teams to ensure estimates align with how projects will actually be delivered Issue and maintain purchase orders in accordance with current purchasing/ supplier agreements
