About the Role
This is a hands-on role where you'll support, optimise and enhance SAP B2B integration solutions, enabling seamless electronic communication with our trading partners. You'll be the go-to expert for SAP B2B and SD-related issues, ensuring business-critical transactions flow reliably end-to-end.
Key Responsibilities
Support SAP B2B integrations including EDI and external partner platforms
Monitor and resolve interface issues between SAP and trading partners
Investigate and resolve system and transaction issues
Gather requirements and deliver functional specifications for enhancements
Support testing, upgrades, and project implementations
Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Customer Service, Logistics, Finance)
Liaise with external vendors and trading partners
Identify opportunities to improve performance, automation and reliability
About You
5+ years' experience in SAP B2B integrations and SAP SD
Solid understanding of IDocs, interfaces, and integration platforms
Solid knowledge of order-to-cash processes
Experience writing functional specifications and working with technical teams
Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
SAP SD certification or related qualification
