About the Role

As a Support Worker, you will provide high‐quality care and assistance tailored to the needs and preferences of our participants.

Responsibilities

Assist with daily living activities such as personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks.

Provide in‐home care and support participants with community activities.

Encourage independence and promote skill development.

Transport clients to appointments.

Maintain accurate records and communicate with the support team.

Qualifications

Empathetic, patient and passionate about supporting people with disabilities.

Experience in a similar role (preferred but not essential – training provided).

Holder of a valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle.

Possess relevant certifications such as First Aid, CPR and Manual Handling, or willingness to obtain them.

Excellent work ethic, strong sense of professional boundaries and adherence to policies and procedures.

Positive time‐management and flexibility.
