Location Sunnyfield's shared living houses across Woongarrah. Shifts and Availability Regular rosters & adaptable hours – shifts may include morning, day, afternoon, overnight, and weekends. Must be available to work afternoon / sleepover supports. Must be able to work all hours across the day. Responsibilities Deliver personalised support that builds independence. Assist with personal care and daily living. Support social activities and skill development. Build positive relationships with participants and families. Maintain accurate records and safe practices. Qualifications Experience in disability care. Can‐do attitude. Creative thinker who thrives in collaborative team workplace. Calm and confident in supporting people with complex behaviours. Hold a current driver's licence. Vaccinated against Covid‐19. Provide transparent relevant checks: NDIS Worker Screening, WWCC, National Criminal History Record Check. Provide 2 references.
