Receptionist (Ulverstone)

About the role JDR Homes is seeking an enthusiastic and professional Receptionist to join our team in our Ulverstone office. This is a full time role providing essential administrative and customer service support within our growing organisation. What you'll be doing
- Greeting and welcoming visitors and clients in a friendly and professional manner
- Handling incoming phone calls, taking messages, and directing enquiries to the appropriate team members
- Maintaining an organised and well presented reception area
- Providing administrative support including filling out forms, filing, data entry, and general office duties
- Assisting with the coordination of meetings, appointments, and events
- Contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment What we're looking for
