Conveyancing Assistant / Receptionist Full-time / Part-time (4 days per week) | Ulverstone, TAS We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Conveyancing Assistant/Receptionist to join our small family run team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys client interaction, thrives in a fast‑paced workplace, and is keen to support smooth and efficient property transactions. Key Responsibilities
- Provide front‑of‑house reception support, including greeting clients and managing incoming calls.
- Assist with conveyancing matters, including file preparation, data entry, and document management.
- Liaise with clients, agents, banks, and other stakeholders.
- Prepare and lodge documents using PEXA (training available if required).
- Manage and maintain files using LEAP Legal Software.
- Support the broader legal team with general administrative tasks. About You
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability is a must, with the aptitude to work autonomously as required.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a busy environment.
- Experience with LEAP Legal Software and Microsoft 365 is highly regarded, however training can be provided.
- Previous experience in conveyancing or legal administration is preferred but not essential.
