Barista/all Rounder Hyde Park Unley

We are looking for a friendly, skilled, and motivated Barista to join our team! In this role, you will prepare high-quality coffee and specialty beverages, provide exceptional customer service, and help maintain a clean and welcoming café setting. The ideal candidate is passionate about coffee, enjoys working with people, and thrives in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and specialty beverages with consistency and quality Greet customers, take orders, and provide warm, attentive service Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other café equipment safely and efficiently Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, equipment, and seating spaces Restock supplies and assist with inventory as needed Handle payments accurately and follow cash-handling procedures Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth café operations

Requirements Previous barista or customer service experience preferred, but not required Robust communication and people skills Ability to work in a rapid-paced setting and multitask Attention to detail and a positive attitude Willingness to learn and follow recipes and standards Availability for weekends or early/late shifts as needed

Pay: $24.95 – $41.13 per hour
