About the Role We’re looking for an experienced Physiotherapist to join our growing team delivering high‑quality Physiotherapy services within the Support at Home Program across metropolitan Adelaide. This role is ideal for a clinician who enjoys autonomy, flexibility, meaningful client relationships, and community‑based practice — supporting older Australians to remain mobile, independent, and safe within their own homes. This is an Adelaide Metropolitan Based Position on a Full Time Basis. Your Responsibilities You will work with older adults across a broad range of:
- Mobility and balance concerns
- Falls prevention
- Strength and conditioning
- Functional rehabilitation
- Pain management
- Exercise prescription
- Mobility aid recommendations While you will work independently within the community, you will remain closely connected to a supportive multidisciplinary team through regular office‑based catch‑ups, collaboration, and team support.
- Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments and interventions
- Develop person‑centred, goal‑focused treatment plans
- Deliver evidence‑based physiotherapy services within community settings
- Support mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence
- Provide falls prevention and pain management strategies
- Prescribe mobility aids and exercise programs
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and reporting
