- Proven experience as a Property Manager or Senior Property Manager in residential real estate
- Robust understanding of Queensland property management legislation and compliance
- Confident managing a portfolio with minimal supervision
- Excellent communicator who builds trust with landlords, tenants, and the team
- Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage competing priorities
- Emotionally mature, calm under pressure, and solutions-focused
- Strong attention to detail across inspections, notices, maintenance, arrears, and documentation
- Takes ownership of outcomes and contributes positively to a close-knit team
- Professional presentation and a genuine passion for quality property management
- Current Queensland Real Estate Registration Certificate required
- Current driver's licence required
