- **Salary**:AHP1 $68,478 to $83,594 p.a. (Pro-rata) / **AHP2 **$88,255 to $102,240 p.a. (Pro-rata)**:
- **Permanent Part time position working 15 hours per week**
- Please note that this position is multi-classified as either a AHP-1 or AHP-2._
**Overview**
Under the direct supervision of a senior clinician, you will contribute to the delivery of a comprehensive and integrated range of evidence-based, recovery-oriented services within the Inpatient Services of the Southern Fleurieu Health Service. To achieve this, you will utilise a combination of preventative, early intervention, therapeutic and evaluative approaches, including individual and family therapeutic approaches, group programs, health promotion and community development programs. You will liaise with mental health consumers, carers, members of the public, community organisations, external service providers, contractors, and stakeholders across other government and non-government departments. Consolidating your knowledge and skills, you will develop in capability through continuous professional development and experience. You must hold a recognised qualification within the Social Work profession and be eligible for full membership of the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW). This will be supported by your experience in providing straightforward clinical services including one-on-one, group and health promotion activities. Experience working with Aboriginal consumers and communities to provide culturally appropriate health services will be required. You will be capable of managing and prioritising your personal workload and working positively within a team workplace. Your ability to communicate effectively with a range of people, both verbally and in writing, will hold you in good stead for this role.
