- $75,000
- $85,000 Business Location
- Victor Harbor SA 5211 Responsibilities 1. Prepare and cook a range of dishes in accordance with the restaurant’s menu and standards 2. Ensure all ingredients and prepared food items meet quality and freshness standards 3. Monitor cooking processes, including temperature control of ovens, grills, and other equipment 4. Season and cook food appropriately using a variety of cooking techniques 5. Portion and present dishes with consistency and attention to detail 6. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen in line with food safety standards 7. Store food in compliance with temperature and hygiene regulations 8. Assist in planning menus and estimating food and ingredient requirements 9. Adapt dishes to meet specific dietary requirements where required Skills and Qualifications 1. AQF associate degree, Certificate III, Certificate IV, or Diploma certification in relevant Hospitality qualification. 2. Prior Experience as a Chef. 3. Strong Knowledge of Cooking Methods and operating kitchen tools and 4. equipment 5.
