Become a key player in the vibrant atmosphere of Darraweit Valley Cider as our Front of House Bar Manager. We're searching for a passionate individual to lead our bustling cider bar and deliver exceptional service in a agile setting. Part time hours across our core business days.

Responsibilities:

Foster a welcoming atmosphere that reflects the unique culture and charm of Darraweit Valley Cider

Train and supervise our waitstaff, ensuring they provide attentive service and embody our brand values

Maintain high standards of quality for our handcrafted ciders and locally-sourced food offerings

Oversee inventory management for our diverse cider selections, optimising stock levels and minimising waste

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and licensing requirements specific to our bar operations

Develop schedules that align with our seasonal business cycle and the demands of our bar service

Navigate and resolve conflicts with tact and diplomacy, fostering a positive work setting for our team

Qualifications:

A genuine enthusiasm for hospitality and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences

Excellent communication skills, with a talent for problem-solving and conflict resolution

Previous experience within the hospitality industry, preferably in a bar or restaurant setting.

Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively

Familiarity with inventory management systems, POS Systems

A customer-centric mindset and a passion for creating memorable moments for guests

Flexibility to work evenings and holidays as required by our business needs

Pay: From $37.00 per hour
