Wallaroo is a popular coastal town known for its copper mining heritage, sandy beaches, fresh seafood, and family-friendly vibe. It's a busy stop for Peninsula tourists, locals, and highway travellers.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Plan menus with Chefs to match customer needs and budget.
- Organise special events or promotions.
- Arrange purchasing, pricing, and stock control within budget.
- Keep records of stock levels and daily finances.
- Ensure dining areas meet health rules and look clean/appealing.
- Talk to customers about meals and service feedback.
- Select, train, and supervise waiting and kitchen staff.
- Handle reservations, greet guests, and help with orders.
- Manage shift rosters and peak-time operations.
- Monitor sales and improve food service efficiency.

**What We Are Looking For**
- Cafe or restaurant management experience.
- Menu planning, budgeting, and staff leadership skills.
- Customer-focused with strong communication.
- Knowledge of food safety and health regulations.
- Able to handle busy roadhouse rushes.
- Versatile shifts including weekends.

**What We Offer**
- Salary $70,000-$80,000.
