An exciting opportunity has become available to join our dynamic Kadina team!

This is an ongoing,**part time** role, working across **Monday to Friday** with a **rotating Saturday** roster.

As a retail team member, you will become part of a dedicated store team and will often be the first point of contact with our customers either face to face or via the phone. Following a great induction, you'll use your customer service, retail, or perhaps even trade background in providing an unparalleled level of services to our loyal customers. More broadly, your day-today activities as a part of our "A" team will include:

- Assist customers find innovative solutions using Stratco products and materials
- Face to face and telephone customer service and sales
- Flexibility to work in hardware and garden sales as required
- Participation in training and personal development sessions
- Adherence to Stratco safety and other policies

**The successful applicants will have the following skills and attributes**:

- Proven passion to deliver outstanding customer service
- Experience in a Garden Centre/Trade or Hardware sector whilst preferred is not essential
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Be a hands on, practical person with good technical ability
- An eye for detail whilst working in a fast-paced workplace
- Willingness to develop new skills in a retail environment
- Computer literacy
