**Reporting to the Wallaroo Cellarbrations Store Manager, your responsibilities will include**:

- Driving sales and achieving set KPI's
- Managing the store's ordering process and overall control of inventory
- Maintaining our exceptional customer service standards
- Motivating, coaching and leading a small team to achieve all business objectives
- Meeting store presentation guidelines
- Ensuring a safe working enviornment

**We are looking for a pro-active individual, with the following skills and experience**:

- Excellent product knowledge of beer, cider, wine and spirits
- Above average computer and POS skills
- Demonstrated inventory management experience
