In this crucial position, you'll be responsible for providing high-quality, efficient administrative support to our busy Emergency Department, ensuring smooth operations 24/7. You'll work under the guidance of our Administration Team Leader, contributing to a patient-focused environment where every detail matters.

Key responsibilities:

- Deliver outstanding front-line customer service, creating a welcoming atmosphere for patients and visitors.
- Perform a range of administrative tasks, including word processing, data entry, and maintaining records in line with State Records Standards.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost care, upholding our commitment to privacy and confidentiality.

What we’re looking for:

- Demonstrated experience in providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to deliver comprehensive administrative support efficiently and effectively.
- A solid understanding of confidentiality principles and experience in managing sensitive information.
