Key Account Manager No Sales | Commission | Hybrid Working £27,500 – £32,500 basic (DOE) + Uncapped Commission An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and motivated Recruitment Account Manager to join Connex Education in our current Yorkshire office, specialising in key accounts. This unique role is working with our MSP team to fulfil vacancies across one key account. - Manage and grow key a key client account
- Source, attract and place high‑quality professionals across the account
- Deliver a high‑touch, consultative service to candidates
- Drive revenue through recruiting the best possible specialists needed to fill incoming roles

About You We’re looking for someone who:
- Ideally has previous experience in recruitment, resourcing and/or compliance
- Understands the full 360 recruitment cycle process
