Ground Crew Arborist (Wakefield)

About the role We are seeking an experienced Ground Crew Arborist to join our dynamic team at Next Level Tree Services and Maintenance Pty Ltd based in Lake Macquarie, NSW. What you'll be doing
- Assisting certified arborists in the safe and efficient removal, pruning, and maintenance of trees
- Operating a range of specialised equipment and machinery, including chainsaws, chippers, and stump grinders
- Providing ground support during aerial tree work, such as rigging and debris removal
- Adhering to all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Maintaining a high level of customer service and professionalism What we're looking for
- Formal Certificate III qualifications in Arboriculture
- Demonstrated experience as a Ground Crew Arborist or in a similar role within the landscaping or tree care industry
- Minimum of 1-2 years' experience as a Ground Crew Arborist or in tree care/landscaping industry
- Robust practical skills and the ability to use a range of power tools and equipment
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work
- Excellent physical fitness and the ability to work at heights and in challenging terrain
- A valid driver's licence and the ability to operate a range of vehicles and machinery
- Valid C class (car) driver's licence required What we offer
