Factual Investigator (Copper Coast Council)

Procare's Factual Investigation Division are seeking Factual Investigators knowledgeable in Workers Compensation and CTP investigations to join our expanding team in Western Sydney ! As a Factual Investigator your day is designed by you – this role offers a unique prospect for variety and autonomy over your working day! We have full‑time, casual and contractor roles available for skilled Factual Investigators. The Role
- Attend various locations, predominantly within Paramatta and a proportion of work across NSW ;
- Interview appropriate key parties taking statements, collate relevant evidence to produce detailed and accurate reports in a timely manner;
- Maintain effective and appropriate communication with our investigations support team and other relevant parties; and
- Prepare and draft factual reports. About You
- Hold a Certificate III in Investigations and a current and valid Investigators Licence (Class 2E) ;
- Have a current and valid driver's licence and vehicle ;
- Experience conducting Workers Compensation and/or CTP investigations is preferred ;
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Strong attention to detail and are self‑motivated to meet deadlines.
- If a contractor: Set up as a Pty Ltd or Sole Trader and have relevant insurances. What We Offer
