In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our customer journey—ensuring smooth onboarding, high-quality project delivery, and an outstanding client experience from day one. You’ll collaborate closely with our Head of Implementation, as well as teams across Sales and Service Delivery, making a real impact on how we support our customers. What You’ll Do
- Lead and coordinate end-to-end customer implementations
- Run client meetings and gather system requirements
- Manage timelines, milestones, and project documentation
- Keep communication flowing between customers and internal teams
- Identify risks early and keep projects on track
- Support customers, resolve issues, and ensure satisfaction
- Keep systems (Jira, SharePoint, trackers) accurate and up to date What We’re Looking For
