We’re searching for a Client Solutions Manager who can:

Map out target clients and identify new revenue opportunities

Build trusted partnerships through a consultative, solution‑oriented approach

Leverage recruiting or HR-tech experience to position talent products and services

Network confidently — pick up the phone, send voice notes, connect meaningfully

Work independently with a self‑starter mentality

Requirements

3+ years of sales experience (talent acquisition, HR solutions, or SaaS preferred)

Must reside in or around Brisbane, Sydney, or Melbourne

Experience selling HR, recruiting, or workforce solutions

Solid consultative and networking skills

Has a track record of meeting targets and providing evidence of achievement.

Experience driving both current business acquisition and managing existing client growth.

Talent acquisition or recruiting exposure is a strong plus
